Butter fried, Honey glazed, Peanut & Chilli Carrots
You will need:
Carrots
Hot Chilli Pepper (fresh or dried)
Salted Peanuts
Butter
Honey

Preparation time: 15-30 minutes,
Simply cut carrots the way you like it the most.
Steam them 'al dente', meaning don't keep them in there too long because you'll still have to fry them.
Finely chop a piece of hot chilli pepper (max half of a small one), make sure you want use too much.
Melt substantial amount of butter and throw chopped chilli in there for a minute or two, stir occasionally.
Add carrots and stir fry them until they start getting a little bit softer.
After they start getting a bit more tender/soft make some space on the frying pan and pour in 1-2 Tbsp of honey and let it get hot and runny. Than stir carrots over it.
Stir fry for another minute or two that throw in a handful or two of salted peanuts and keep stir frying for another couple of minutes.
The Carrots are ready, enjoy the triple flavour design of mine...
