Camino Finisterre, back to the World's End...
We woke up early and departed to the Bus Station.
Catch the 7 o'clock bus to the Airport and arrived there (suprissed) 15 minutes later.
We had lot´s of time for coffee and goodbyes. It was hard.
Yet another lesson of letting go, of giving things up to 'be' the way they're ment to be, not the way I want them to be. It was hard.
We had a great tea together and lots of talking, Rebekka was leaving first. I had to let go of everything to be able to save anything in my memory. She went to the gates and I met with Tonia. We had yet another tea and spend some time chatting. It was great, no sadness of farewell, rather excitement for each other what will come next in our lives.
So finally also Tonia had to take her flight and I was left alone on the airport.
I took the bus back to Santiago, had a breakfast in a Cafe at the bus station and took a bus back to Finisterre.
In Finisterre I wasn't able to check in to Xunta Albergue, because it's only to those who walked there, not took the bus. Ah well, I found another Albergue, Albergue de Pace, which was good too. I shared a room with very nice guy Peter, from Holland.
I decided to go again to the lighthouse and he decided to join me in. About a half way through the place I got serious problems with breathing and heart and I had to slow down, I knew it was emotional but I got a bit worried. We had a great chat with Peter about our experiences of Camino and what it brings to our lives. After arriving at the lighthouse I let Peter and I went to the mountain, I felt a need to be alone.
I climbed up to the mountain and found (with difficulties) a Hermitage, there beside it I layed down on the grass and let the emotions flow out of me... God was sending rain... I had to get up quickly and try to find my way back to the town. Especially that I got an invite to Jana and Stefan for dinner and I didn't wanted to arrive there soaked. But I did. I didn't take my raincoat with me...
Arrived at the hostel where they stayed and had a great dinner with them, drinking cider and chatting. Later on I went back to the Albergue, and fell asleep. We said we'd meet tomorrow for breakfast and say goodbye to each other.
Well my friends, Buen Camino!
