Camino Finisterre, Birthday, magic continues...

I woke up excited.
It was my birthday after all, or as I read somwhere on Facebook my natal day :-)
Anyway, I took my time packing anf getting ready to leave the Albergue, and we all left.
The weather was misty (again), but God showed up with His gift for my birthday. We sat down at the bay on the rocks and waited. After about 30 minutes the sky started to clear and we saw the most wonderfull sunrise. The sun came up from behind the mountain, stayed on the clear sky for a good while to hide behind a cloud after about 10 minutes. My heart was content again. It was magical...
After that we went for breakfast to the Cafe opposit to the Albergue which is runned by a lovely couple speaking English, German, Spanis... you name it. So there was a great breakfast. After that we ordered some takeaway sandwiches and wqent out to catch a bus. Tonia and Rebekka were going home the next day and I had some time to spare so I decided to come along with them to Santiago to say goodbye @ the Airport. Also I wanted to see for the last time our South African friends Pete and Oto.
The drive back from Finisterre to Santiago was very long, mor than 3 hours. and along the beautiful costal road. I nearly got sick of all those bendy road.

We arrived in Santiago and checked in the Albergue, and I took a nap. Later on we went out for a Coffee and to meet our Afrikan friends. After meeting them we went again to the same Pizza place like last time in Santiago.
Pizza there was great, buy 1 get 1 free...
After that we went for some drinks, and said farewell to the Afrikans, and went back to the Albergue.
The girls flights were early and I said I´d go with them to the Airport and later go back to Finisterre, so we had to catch the 7 o'clock bus to the Airport.

The day was good and beautiful!

Vaya con Dios my friends,

Buen camino!
